Mega Bank (MEGA) is conducting its 7th AGM today, July 13. The 221st board of directors meeting of the bank held on June 12 decided to conduct the AGM on Rastriya Sabha Griha, Pradarshani Marg, Kathmandu, at 10:00 AM.
The meeting is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 10.75 percent bonus share to its shareholders. Moreover, the bank will endorse a proposal of amendment in its article of association and policies.
The bank will also delegate authority to BOD for identification of potential merger and acquisition partners, carry out DDA and other essential activities as per the requirement of regulatory bodies.
